CHAMBERCHOICE Program

Enrollment

If you are an employer ChamberChoice member:

  • You will need to select a ChamberChoice County and ChamberChoice Name from the drop-downs below.
  • Then select "1. Employer" from the Enrollment Option drop-down.
  • Click Continue and fill out the online sign up form on the next page where we will collect your company and contact information. A customer service representative will contact you shortly to finalize your selections.

If you are an employee of a ChamberChoice member:

  • You will need to select a ChamberChoice County and ChamberChoice Name from the drop-downs below.
  • Then select "2. Individual" from the Enrollment Option drop-down.
  • Click Continue and complete a short form on the next page where we will collect your company and contact information.
  • You will be taken directly to the programs page to purchase the discounted program(s) of your choosing.

If you do not belong to ChamberChoice:

  • If you do not belong to ChamberChoice select "I do not belong to a chamber" from the County drop-down. You will be taken directly to the programs page to purchase the discounted program(s) of your choosing.
